Makayla guides the vision behind Magnolia Grove, from product ideas and scent stories to the shop's Purchase with a Purpose mission. Nathan keeps the operation moving through technology, repairs, building projects, and the countless practical jobs that hold a growing business together.

Ellen serves as Director of Operations & Community Care, helping connect daily shop work with Magnolia Grove's community commitments. Brie supports production and the sales floor, bringing consistency and attention to the customer experience. RJ contributes to scent design and creative development while pursuing a future in fashion design. Jen supports San Antonio locations and helps with nonprofit efforts.
