PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders are generally prepared within 7–10 business days before shipment. This processing period is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping, delivery, tracking, address corrections, delayed packages, packages marked delivered, weather-sensitive products, and damaged shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, nonreturnable merchandise, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
