Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Magnolia Grove Gifts. Many products are handmade, poured, blended, packaged, or prepared specifically for your order.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for production and order processing before shipment unless a product page states otherwise. Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, special events, launches, unusually high order volume, severe weather, or other exceptional circumstances. Processing time is separate from carrier shipping and transit time.

Shipping Time and Tracking

After shipment, delivery time depends on the carrier, service selected, destination, weather, and circumstances outside our control. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed by Magnolia Grove Gifts. When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Allow time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment.

Correct Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins or the order ships. Magnolia Grove Gifts is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, and additional charges may apply to reship an order.

Packages Marked Delivered or Lost

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members or neighbors, building office or mailroom, and then contact the carrier. If it remains missing, contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible. A carrier investigation or claim may be required. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms loss, contact us; replacement or refund eligibility depends on the shipment circumstances and carrier investigation.

Weather-Sensitive Products

Some products are sensitive to extreme temperatures. After a package leaves our possession, we cannot control weather, delivery vehicles, mailboxes, porches, or how long it remains outdoors. Retrieve packages promptly whenever possible.

Refund & Return Policy

At Magnolia Grove Gifts, we want you to love what you receive. Many of our products are handmade, prepared in small batches, or made specifically for your order, so our return policy reflects the nature of the items we sell.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase or an order number is required. Contact Magnolia Grove Gifts before returning an item; please do not send products back without prior approval.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect: loose-leaf teas and other food or beverage products; opened soaps, bath products, body products, or personal-care products; opened candles, wax melts, room sprays, incense, or fragrance products; custom or personalized products; made-to-order products customized specifically for the customer; gift cards; and clearance, closeout, or final-sale merchandise.

Handmade Products

Minor differences in color, shape, texture, botanical placement, crystal appearance, fragrance appearance, label placement, or other handmade characteristics are normal and are not considered defects. Crystals, herbs, botanicals, and stones may naturally vary in color, size, pattern, shape, and appearance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the item, and photographs of the shipping packaging when transit damage occurred. Retain the product and packaging until the claim is resolved. When appropriate, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.

Return Shipping and Refunds

Unless the return resulted from our error or an item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Financial-institution processing times vary.

Order Cancellations

Because many products are handmade or made to order, we begin preparing orders quickly. Submit cancellation requests as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after production, preparation, personalization, packing, or fulfillment has begun.
